From farmhouse to bakehouse
I'm Jenni! My roots go back to the family wheat farm in North Dakota, where grain has been a way of life for generations. In 2026, I traded the tractor for a proofing basket and launched Nord Bakehouse—a micro-bakery in the heart of Bryn Mawr, Minneapolis.
I'm passionate about the highest quality ingredients and a small batch approach to baking. I specialize in naturally leavened sourdough, Scandinavian classics with a modern twist, and unique sweet treats that you can't find at the grocery store.
I obsess over the fermentation so you can just enjoy the flavor delivered fresh to your door.
